In 2010, i embarked on my professional journey as a young entrepreneur in the construction industry, where i oversaw the development and execution of various projects. Over the next five years, i gained invaluable experience in construction management, building a reputation for delivering quality projects on time and within budget. My hands-on approach and attention to detail laid the foundation for my future ventures. In 2015, always eager to explore new business opportunities, I transitioned into the corrugation business, where i focused on trading packaging materials, specifically corrugated boxes. During my three years in this industry, I sharpened my business skills, managing supply chains, vendor relationships, and market negotiations. This period not only expanded my entrepreneurial experience but also deepened my understanding of logistics and trading, reinforcing my ability to adapt and thrive in diverse industries. However, my passion for real estate never waned. In 2018, I made a decisive shift back to my roots, joining a reputable real estate firm. Leveraging my experience from construction and trading, I quickly established myself as a key player in the real estate market. Over the next five years, I worked on numerous high-profile projects, gained a deep understanding of property investments, and built strong networks within the industry. My expertise in managing both residential and commercial projects allowed me to excel and become a trusted advisor to clients. By 2023, after years of honing my skills in different sectors, I decided it was time to chart his own path. Together with my closest friend, Haris Mujtaba, I co-founded H Capital. The decision was driven by a shared vision to create a real estate company that prioritized client relationships, integrity, and innovative solutions. My multifaceted background in construction, trading, and real estate gave me the unique ability to see opportunities from different angles, making H Capital a dynamic force in the market.
